Interesting question you asked here, Mark. I was eavesdropping, and just thought I'd offer my response. The one module that I would use would be the one on communication, because I see that as a life skill that so many of my students need to work on. How about you?
I agree with you both. Communication is the key to successful or unsuccessful business/personal relationships. Tactical Communications... look for it! Andy
